I am now the proud owner of two license plates and the following pieces of paper: a temporary license tht holds the place of a permanent ENHANCED LICENSE on its way to me, a permanent registration, and a ticket that gives me 10 days during which to get my car inspected in the state of New York OR ELSE. And it only took me from 8:05am to 11:21am, 3 trips through the line, a visit to the Staples fax machine, and 3 phone calls to accomplish it! And then I got a pretzel and a soda and took the train to 57 St but started walking south instead of north so it took me until 12pm to get to work. ok, bye!

Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!
You’re officially a New Yorker!!!
Now you have zero excuse not to drive like one!
I DO drive like a New Yorker!!! What are YOU talking about?! My mom is going to see this and DEFEND my race car driving ways now. *giggle*
Congrats! With all the different points
Of ID you need in NY, that’s a feat in itself! I remember the struggle when we first got stationed up here NNY so I can relate on the journey!
It’s official now. You can check in but you can never leave…
Did you get a vanity plate that says “POPPY” or “DAWGFCKR”?
This woman failed her first driving test because she frightened the the tester, not with poor skills, but with speed and turns on two wheels. She was born to drive in the City.

Well, despite all the effort that it took: YAYYYYYYYY!!!
And LOLOL @Avi
ADORABLE!!
And by south instrad of north I axtually meant east instead of west, since if I head south from57 St I head TOWARD 55 St, my destination. I went from 6/Avenue of Americas to 5 Av (Prada, Louis, snobetc.).
Omg I cannot type or proofread. Back to bed, Popstar!
Aren’t NYS inspections just SO FREAKING FUN??
You’re official-like! And so cute I can’t stand it.
