Poppy… you are a dear, wonderful, beautiful friend… and woman. Your love runs so true and so deep. Your light is like a million birthday candles. Or at least 38!
Change of subject for a moment… I read you comment on my Sweet N’ Spicy post, and I want to tell you that there too is a divorce in my happily-ever-after. Well, Barry’s divorce. When I first met Barry, he was married. With 2 beautiful little boys. Short version – too young, wrong woman. But this is all part of the journey that leads to the sunshine of life. The fate thing… everything leads to the sun if your eyes and heart are open. The rainbow. And the pot of proverbial gold. Romance is part of it… but soul connections are what bring longevity. After 32 years of marriage, and a journey of love and adventure and sweet and spicy… with our 4 children (because Barry’s 2 sons are as mine as our 2 daughters)… well, right time, right place, right man, right woman!
