He was stilted and read off the cue cards, but it was still hilarious. They had a Walken family reunion sketch that was genius.
Wow, you’re calling him stilted? He’s always stilted, so he must have been REALLY bad. Maybe he didn’t get enough rehearsal time… I’ll have to find the clips online because I love me some CWalk.

He was just clearly reading the cue cards, but I still thought it was funny.
For anyone else that would annoy me. For him I think it adds an element of funny. “I … can’t be bothered … to remember … my … lines.”

Yeah, and in the monologue he actually made a crack about “how hard can it be to read from a card?” So I think it was on purpose. It was a funny episode. Plus – Laser Cats!
