Friday’s generalities:
Had a heart to heart talk with my stepdad. It’s the first time I’ve ever asked him for advice. The first thing I said was, “I might cry” and as I said it I burst into tears. heh. He gave me great advice and I felt much better after. Then I had peanut butter toast and Java J‘s iced latte.
Mom invited me to go to the movies at a mall but when we got to the theater we realized it was closed, a night theater only, we were at the wrong theater. We ate lunch instead (I ate pizza and a garlic roll, Mom had Chinese) then went shopping. It was so… girlie. Weird.
After mall shopping we went to a Barnes & Noble where I finally got my first Starbucks since the one I got with Dawg in the city last Sunday.
We then went to Jonesborough to look for something (vagueness intentional) and I found a toy sheriff’s badge for my stepdad. It made him laugh when I gave it to him back at the house, so I’m really glad I got it for him. Met a huge great dane (redundant!) named Sebastian.
Went back to the house to pick up my stepdad then I treated Mom and Stepdad to Chinese buffet (their choice). Best donut I’ve ever had. (Yup, I said donut. aka doughnut. sooooo good.)
We then drove to State Street which has this sign:
Left side of street is Virginia, right side is Tennessee. Wheeeeeeee!
We then went home and I folded my laundry. I know, you’re jealous.
You know some things I do each day that are very meaningful to me but too personal for the blog are left out of my synopses, right? Good, as long as we both understand that. Carry on with your weekend, friends.

The state line is delineated by SIDE OF STREET? That’s just crazy. Wow.
Also, Chinese buffets totally have the best donuts. They may not have the best Chinese food, but the donuts are awesome.
