Facts about today: Dawg made a cake for it (go see!).I am getting up early to shop for it. I am spending a lot of time cooking for it. We will have special guests in our home. We would have had more guests in our home but realized we don't have a lot of room. We will invite the other guests over another time. (We will!) It's cold. I'm itchy. Adventures will be had. I'm concerned about the itching. (Excuse the "mother" in me.)
Where do you itch?
Have you tried anything new lately that could be the cause of the itching? (new detergent, new sheets, new foods?)
It's been going on for a few days. Is it worse, better, or about the same as when it first started?
Is the areas of itching located in a specific spot on you (like just wrists, elbows, back of knees, or all over)?
Are you going to see a doctor so you can stop scratching so that you don't get it infected?

Mattie, then you would have loved the fat lip I got from allergies. It went away after I took some generic Claritin, but that wasn't fun. Whatever made me itchy was a brief couple day thing and now I'm better. Lots of bloody wounds on my body, but they're healing.
Avi, Dawg bought vodka just for them. And now it's in the freezer just sitting there waiting for more vodka drinkers since we really don't drink…

Dawg, and the kitchen window was open when I got up that day, so it was still cold when I woke up. All better now that it's too cold to have windows open!
(Thanks for getting the vodka! I would have, but that was the day my lip was all ballooned, didn't want the liquor guy thinking you beat me. [For real, didn't think I'd get my license back if I handed it to them with my face looking like that.])
