Sat night I did some experimentation with chicken fried steak and it was pretty good - I usually do just some flour w/onion salt, garlic salt and lowry's, but this time I did more of a batter - 1 egg - 1.5 cup milk - 2 tsp baking powder - 1 tap baking soda - lawry's - 1 tsp onion salt - 1 tsp garlic salt - pinch of peppter - 1/2 tsp salt Then take the steak, coat w/flour, then put through batter, then back to flour until dry to touch.
