I wish I had something interesting to share with you other than I’m staying late at work as a favor for a project. I have so many vacation days accrued that if I don’t use them I’ll start losing them so the plan is that when Partner in Crime returns to work I start taking off Fridays from work. Yay for 3 day weekends… I think.
I know, I should be terribly thrilled about the prospect of days off, but not right now. Sometimes days off are just a nuisance.
Self deprecation is not the plan of this post. Do not cry for me, Argentina. Just suggest cool things for me to do with my newfound days off. (But nothing gross.)

Days off can be fun…. unless you got no real plan for them… you’ll just end up working from home.
Just enjoy them!

Pat, I’m looking for activities outside the home. And I try my very hardest not to drive DRUNK so no alcohol involved.
Crys, I like the baton twirling idea! Do you know anyone who knows how to do that?
I don’t.
B, you had me! And then you mentioned the lemon drop.
Franky, the working from home scenario is precisely what I’d like to avoid.
Hmm, I might actually have to figure this out on my own…

Ooh, uh… Yeah, I like the idea from BelchSpeak (who, I’d like to point out, has the initials “BS.”)
Outside the house? Line dancing lessons?

Fish stick,
I just made that name up!!!! There will be no drunk blogging on my days off. Line dancing is a possibility, but, really, only if I’m drunk.

I can only think of gross things to suggest.

I have Fridays off. We could spend the day seeing how many text messages we could send to each other.
Although I am kind of busy on Fridays.

Gecko, I already read books so I’d rather not do that. All that other stuff is outside of my comfort zone. But thanks for the suggestions. (And yet, somehow baton twirling is not.)
Avi, that is because you have a filthy mind. You need more innocent hobbies.
Fab, I want to spend the days experiencing life. Text messaging is something I can do any old time.
